2027 Final NY small group health insurance rates released by DFS
DFS has released the final approved 2027 NY small group health insurance rates in New York. Statewide, Insurers requested an average rate increase of 23.7% in the small group market, and DFS approved an average 8% increase for 2027. The list below is for downstate requested vs. approved rate changes. Your particular plan with either carrier might be higher or lower than the average overall for all small group plans the carrier offers.
