Effective May 1, 2023, all Healthfirst Commercial Pro and Pro Plus plans (except the Platinum Pro Plus plan) will be discontinued.

Any renewing HealthFirst groups will not be renewed if enrolled in a discontinued plan beginning May 1, 2023. Effective May 1, 2023, the Platinum Pro Plus plan will be the only Healthfirst small group plan available.

Effective Jan. 21, 2023, Healthfirst will cease marketing Commercial Pro and Pro Plus plans and will no longer allow electronic enrollment and renewals.
