There is some good news coming to NYC, Westchester, and Long Island businesses as Oscar Health Insurance announces a new small business heath insurance network for 2019 called OSCAR CIRCLE PLUS!
Oscar, who recently received a $375 Million investment from Google’s parent Alphabet, is expanding its small group network in NY.
Starting 1/1/19, Oscar’s original network will be called CIRCLE.
Starting 1/1/19, Oscar Health Insurance will introduce a new larger network called CIRCLE PLUS.
CIRCLE PLUS network will consist of all providers and hospitals in the CIRCLE network PLUS the following:
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centers and affiliated providers
North Shore LIJ Hospitals and affiliated providers
WestMed Hospitals and affiliated providers
MultiPlan national network for access to hospitals and providers outside the local network when traveling
With some of the lowest priced small business health plans compared to other insurance carriers, Oscar Health is looking to expand its reach with downstate small businesses by offering multiple competitively priced plan options with both narrow and broad network options, helping it to compete very well against some of the bigger and more expensive carriers in the marketplace.
