2026 Proposed New York Small Group Health Insurance Rates

The proposed 2026 New York Small Group Health Insurance Rates were recently released. We have compiled a list of the carriers for the small group market. Please note these are just the proposed rates and as soon as the NYS DFS finalizes the rates, we will release an updated post. Approved rates are often less than requested by the carrier – see last year’s final rates.

While we have recently lost multiple small group carriers in NY including Oscar and HealthFirst, Oxford/UHC and Anthem BCBS offer multiple networks each offering many price points and access options to meet most business’s needs.
