Healthpass NY<\/a> recently announced that it will be expanding health insurance options for small businesses. Already a popular option for NY small business health insurance<\/a>, Health Pass<\/a> is adding a new carrier to their mix starting in September 2019. Current HealthPass NY carriers include Oxford, HealthFirst and Oscar. Starting in September 2019 they will also be offering EmblemHealth<\/a>.<\/p>\n

What is Healthpass NY<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A private health insurance exchange since 1999, Health Pass provides companies in NYC, Long Island, and downstate New York affordable and accessible coverage. Employees have the ability to choose healthcare plans that fits their needs and budget from an ever-growing range of choices. It allows employees to pick from a wide range of insurance carriers, provider networks, metal levels, and plan types.<\/p>\n

Administration is easy and streamlined. There\u2019s one group set-up form, and one consolidated employee enrollment form. Group\u2019s receive one invoice and write one check each month for coverage. There is online access for both group benefit administrators as well as employees to manage their plans.
