Healthfirst, a provider-sponsored health plan serving more than 1.2 million members in New York City and on Long Island, offers small employer group EPO plans to fit the needs of hardworking New Yorkers.\u00a0As of\u00a012\/1\/2017, HealthPass will offer the four Healthfirst Pro EPO plans in each of the four\u00a0metal tiers (Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze).
